Hi all,

Over the last two years there have been many dev and user 
reported annoyances with the Handbook and beyond, that 
they all wish could be updated to match the install 
process with how modern Gentoo now works. 
Ris and I have collecting these reports to slowly 
understand where everyone's fustrations are steming 
from and today we present this for your reviewing 
pleasure.

These can't be done in the preferred wiki editing style
of small changes over time and instead require a
restructure of how we explain things.

=== Overview of changes ===

- move chroot steps into the stage article
- move portage config together
- Add arch-chroot steps now all the pieces are in 
Gentoo to complete Flow's request to add to the HB.
- Move manually chrooting out of the HB.
- Explain clearly how to pick a stage3 based on need and
not misconception.
- Show openrc and systemd are equally supported in
Gentoo and it's a user choice to pick.
- Nicely tell people don't use musl/llvm 
- Add an intro to portage config to explain how we 
teach in the HB.
- Explain the importance of news items better
- Use real world examples to teach profiles and
USE flags
- Update locales to match how locales-gen looks
today
- Add -* to video_cards and clean up nvidia drivers
- Explain why we use nano in the HB
- Add an example of removing a package
- So many text clean up and dedupilcation.

WRT llvm/musl - I'm not overly happy that they
are getting attention, however I think we are 
all noticing an issue in support where they
are gloified more than should be.
This change will hopefully end this trend by
providing a quick overview and where to find
more infomation on the subject.

There is likely some stuff I missed as quite a
lot was added. The important part is this has
been new user tested and the feedback is
extremely postive. To me this says we need
this change, we just need to make sure the 
wording is correcting for all Gentoo
project needs, not just wiki and support.

This update should be viewed as a part one
otherwise we'll end up with perfection is 
the enemy of progress.
Once this change has had a some time to 
settle, we would like to start discussions
on things such as p.use for setting global
USE.

=== Help needed ===

One area I can't safely touch is the CFLAGS stuff as my
understanding of them is not to the level required for the
HB, so please feel free to make a change to that section.

For other section changes can I ask we discuss them here
before making please, unless minor fixes.
